Kitchen remodel in park slope. This kitchen has a Kitchen remodel in park slope. This kitchen has a few great features. The walnut island and shelves gives a great contrast against the white cabinets and subway tile. Having the fridge hidden with matching cabinet doors gives it a seamless feel. The pantry was designed to be hidden within the tile wall, this was something we designed to keep the wall looking minimal. Our goal was to take into account the clients needs, ascetics and a perfect execution all while staying in budget.
Our latest design build kitchen. This one is speci Our latest design build kitchen. This one is special because we put in the time to really think about the needs of our clients. By going through our pre construction planning process we were able to spend time discussing the problems and solving them by designing a custom space. For instance we solved the issue of not having enough counter space, storage needs, and adding an island that works well with the living room. We built the island out of walnut that matching existing furniture in the space.

Having a deck from the parlor is very valuable to Having a deck from the parlor is very valuable to our clients at our Macon project. She had a vision, and as a team working with her architect we were able to execute a deck that feels like an extension to their kitchen dining space. Because code doesn’t allow wood to be installed as decking 3’ away of the property line and steel felt too industrial for the client, we opted for a composite material that mimics the feel and grain of wood but is also fire resistant that passes building requirement. Since we already had 2 window openings adding the two steel French doors didn’t require major structural modification, the amount of natural light you get is well worth it. #steeldeck #brownstonenyc #brownstone #brownstonelandscaping #nyccontractor #geckobuilds #brownstonerenovation #brooklynrenovation #trexdecking #sherwinwilliams #frenchdoors #parlordeck
